Pre-Orders, Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

PRE-ORDERS

You can purchase the items that are currently out of stock on pre-order.

The estimated shipping out time of your pre-order will be indicated in the Shipping & Returns section of the product page.

If you place an order for two items one of which is available for pre-order only and another one is in stock - please note your order will be only shipped out when both items are available in stock. If you would like the available item to be shipped out immediately - please place a separate order.

CANCELLATIONS:

To cancel your order, you need to reach out to us quickly before it is in process. Please email your order number to paul@paulcrmonk.com and request a cancelation. If you do not have your order number, please let us know the method of payment, the title of the book, the name of the author, and your complete shipping address for the order.

Note: If an item is already in process or has been shipped, we may not be able to cancel your order.

RETURNS: 

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item plus any applicable taxes to your original form of payment for items returned within 30 days after the delivery date. All returned items must be in their original condition; shrink-wrapped products must be unopened. Shipping fees are not refunded.

We do not accept returns of items that have been worn, scratched, or damaged.
Paul C. R Monk Books doesn't cover the cost of return shipping and is not liable for items lost during return shipping. 

We are unable to refund the cost of shipping for your original order.

Return Instructions

To start a return, you can contact us at paul@paulcrmonk.com.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
Paul C. R Monk Books does not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns, so you may return orders through the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable/insured shipping method to guarantee the successful delivery of your return. 
If your return is accepted, we will send you further information as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds & Replacements (if applicable):

We only offer a refund or replacement on lost or undelivered items by the postal carrier.

Before placing your order, please make sure the order is correct. We do not offer cancellations or exchanges due to incorrect orders. This includes incorrect product items, quantities, shipping addresses, and names, etc. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you due to incorrect information. We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, (this includes the wrong apt/house #, wrong street, etc.).

The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged, stolen, and/or lost shipments. If your order is 48 hours passed the expected delivery date, please contact your local mail carrier and post office to file a claim. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. Please note that we are unable to provide refunds or replacements for missing packages where an incorrect shipping address was provided to us. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen from your doorstep that were delivered by the carrier. Paul C. R. Monk Books cannot be held responsible or liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. 

REFUNDS NOTIFICATION:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
